Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and check them in and out with a SMILE!
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient care.
  • Answering phones, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Learn and perform passive therapies including intersegmental traction, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, spinal decompression, and cold laser.
  • Work closely with doctors to instruct and lead stretches and exercises with patients.
  • Participate and maintain healthy workplace culture.
  • Detailed record keeping for patient records and insurance.
  • Maintain professionalism in and out of the office.
  • Be on time, reliable, and stable.
  • Learn insurance information and how it applies in a Chiropractic setting.
  • Complete 90 training checklist.
  • Clean patient rooms and maintain a neat and tidy office.

Requirements:

  • Technology: Applicant must have proficient typing skills, and be proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft products.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Applicants must have excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and be open to constructive coaching from managers and doctors. Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
  • Personality Strengths: Outgoing, happy, energetic, health conscious, enjoys talking to and working with people, smiley is a must, ability to both focus and multi-task when needed.

Job Type: Full time position is four days a week from 7:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
