About the doctor

Dr. Baylee Diefenbaugh is a licensed chiropractor who earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University–Kansas City. She chose chiropractic because of her passion for hands-on, patient-centered care and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Dr. Baylee finds deep fulfillment in watching her patients’ health and quality of life improve over time and values the genuine relationships she builds with each individual she serves.

Dr. Baylee is trained in Diversified, Gonstead, and SOT techniques, and she provides both chiropractic care and acupuncture. She is passionate about delivering personalized care plans, continually expanding her clinical knowledge, and helping patients feel empowered and supported throughout their health journeys. Encouraging, educating, and guiding patients toward better function and well-being is what truly excites her about her work.

Born and raised in Elwood, Nebraska, Dr. Baylee recently returned to the area after her time in Kansas City and now lives in Shelton. She credits her strong support system, her parents, Kristy and Kyle; her siblings, Brody and Kaydee; and her fiancé, Camden, for standing by her throughout chiropractic school and as she begins her professional career. Baylee and Camden are excitedly planning their wedding for July 2026.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Baylee enjoys staying active and connected to her community. You’ll often find her at the gym, playing volleyball, spending time at the lake, hunting, relaxing with family, or unwinding with a good Netflix night. She is passionate about health and fitness, personal growth, and building meaningful relationships. Now that she’s back home, she looks forward to becoming involved in her church and local volunteer opportunities to give back to the community she loves.

“My work holds tremendous meaning for me because it allows me to positively influence someone’s life, whether by supporting their health, improving daily function, or simply being a reliable source of encouragement. I strive to listen attentively, show empathy, and care for each patient as a whole person. My hope is that every interaction helps patients feel supported, improves their well-being, and brightens their day.”
