Baylee Diefenbaugh

Strives to make a difference by listening attentively, showing empathy, and caring for each patient as a whole person.

Baylee Diefenbaugh is a Future Doctor of Chiropractic currently completing her education at Cleveland University–Kansas City. She chose chiropractic because she wanted to help patients in a hands-on and meaningful way, and she finds immense fulfillment in watching their health transform over time. Building strong, genuine relationships with patients is one of her favorite parts of the profession, and she looks forward to serving the community as she completes her training.

Baylee has experience with Diversified, Gonstead, and SOT techniques, and she offers both chiropractic care and acupuncture under supervision during her internship period. As she continues her education, she is passionate about sharpening her skills, expanding her clinical knowledge, and guiding patients through personalized care plans. The opportunity to support, encourage, and educate her patients is what truly excites her about this work.

Born and raised in Elwood, Nebraska, Baylee recently returned home after her time in Kansas City. She now lives in Shelton, where she has been settling in for the past couple of months. She credits her family, her parents Kristy and Kyle, her siblings Brody and Kaydee, and her fiancé Camden, for being her strongest support system throughout school and as she begins her professional journey. Baylee and Camden are excitedly planning their wedding for July 2026.

Outside the clinic, Baylee enjoys an active, community-focused lifestyle. You can find her at the gym, playing volleyball, spending time at the lake, hunting, relaxing with family, or enjoying a good Netflix night. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, health and fitness, and continual personal growth. Now that she’s back home, she is looking forward to becoming involved in her church and local volunteer opportunities to give back to the community she loves.

“My work holds tremendous meaning for me because it gives me the opportunity to positively influence someone’s life, whether by supporting their health, improving their daily function, or simply being a reliable source of encouragement. Interacting with a diverse range of individuals allows me to hear their stories, understand their unique personalities, and approach new challenges with each person I meet.

I am continually inspired by the progress I witness in patients throughout their health journeys. Being able to see the impact of compassionate care firsthand is truly rewarding. I strive to make a difference by listening attentively, showing empathy, and caring for each patient as a whole person. My hope is that every interaction helps them feel supported, improves their well-being, and brightens their day.”
