Director of Operations & Limited Radiographer
I started my career with Active Family learning all functions in the clinic, from insurance to therapeutic exercises! I fell in love with patient care, improving my own health, and inspiring my team to do the same. My job has evolved and changed so much over the years and I love watching the difference we make in our communities, patients, and team’s lives. I have the opportunity to work in all six of our clinic locations including staffing, implementation of policies and procedures, standards of care, taking x-rays, and mentoring new doctors and managers. I love this wild ride and wouldn’t want to do it anywhere else!

District Manager & Limited Radiographer
As the District Manager and Limited Radiographer in the office, I get the opportunity to help in all areas of the office. I love greeting patients and giving them a WOW introduction to Chiropractic. I enjoy seeing our patients heal with Chiropractic and have a hand in training and building an awesome team!!

District Manager
As a District Manager I have the privledge of overseeing different offices within our practice. I get to work one on one with other leaders to help build a practice, creature a culture that aligns with our core values, and provide efficiency to ensure our patients have the best chiropractic experience. I love being part of a team that empowers each other to grow personally and professionally so that we can have a possitive influence in our community!
Chelsey Canning
Insurance Billing Manager & Limited Radiographer
With 20+ years of experience in chiropractic billing, it is my job as the Billing Manager to ensure our team is doing everything we can to take the burden of insurance off of our patients. From verifying benefits to resolving claim issues, our billing team goes above & beyond to provide excellent customer service to our patients. I have enjoyed watching Active Family Chiropractic & Acupuncture grow, as well as, watching my team grow professionally & personally.

As the Office Manager of the Webb location in Grand Island, I have the privilege of working with an amazing team who has a desire to change the lives of our patients through chiropractic care! I love creating a welcoming and positive environment for not only our patients but my staff as well. I enjoy training and sharing my passion for chiropractic with everyone I interact with! My goal is to give our patients the best care possible so that they can achieve wellness and be lifelong patients!

As an office manager of the Diers location in Grand Island, I get to play an active roll in helping the community achieve wellness care by sharing my love of chiropractic care. I am passionate about growth & education within my team, patients and on a personal level. Every day we get the opportunity to serve the community in healing and it is so rewarding to see our patients get their God given lives back with Chiropractic Care.

As a Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant, I help in all different areas in the office. I love greeting our patients and letting our patients know how awesome chiropractic is for kids and adults. I enjoy seeing the progress of our patients and getting them into Wellness Care. I love spending time with my husband and three kids, along with my family and friends.

As the office manager and chiropractic assistant at our Burlington location, I have the unique opportunity to assist our patients through every aspect of their care. I love getting to know my patients, teaching them about our various therapies, educating them on ways to continue improving their health, and watching their journey as they heal with chiropractic care. From newborns to adults, seeing people’s lives change, never gets old!

As a chiropractic assistant it is my job to make sure every patient that walks in our office feels welcomed, kind of like a home away from home. I am cross trained in many areas of the office from check-in to passive therapies and rehab. In addition, I also educate our patients on how to stay young for the first 100 years and seeing the excitement on their faces lets me know we are changing their lives through chiropractic every day!
